to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this Web page. Your
use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement
to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. If any change is
unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of
the Site. Agreement to use Jersey Fire and Safety Products, LLC and
the contents hereof represents the only warranties, expressed
implied, between the parties, including any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for the particular purpose and for any
other obligation or liability on the part of Jersey Fire and Safety
Products, LLC. Jersey Fire and Safety Products, LLC shall not be
liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from use of products
purchased on this site. Products are warranted by manufacturer.
Users of this site will indemnify Jersey Fire and Safety Products,
LLC against, and hold Jersey Fire and Safety Products, LLC harmless
from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, and
liabilities, including attorney fees, arising out of, connected with
or resulting from the use of products purchased on
JerseyFireSafety.com. Please review the terms found under our

Shipping and Returns
Jersey Fire and Safety Products, LLC strives to ensure that your
products arrive to you in a timely manner and in good shape. Items
purchased on JerseyFireSafety.com are shipped UPS Ground delivery.
Items may not be sent to a PO Box, all orders require a physical
street address. Smaller packages may be sent via USPS. Most packages
are sent using a tracking or delivery confirmation method. Once your
package is shipped you will receive an Email containing tracking
information. If you need your package sooner than our standard
delivery (usually 7-10 business days), you can choose UPS 3 Day
Select or UPS 2nd Day Air. Next Day Saturday delivery is available
for an additional charge. Please specify in the "Comments" section
of the checkout page if you need this service. Please note that
Express Shipping durations do not include the pickup date. For
example, if you place an order for an in-stock item on Thursday by
3pm and request 3 Day Shipping, you should expect your item to
arrive by close of business Tuesday the 3rd business day after you
placed the order. Items that are damaged or unopened may be returned
for a full refund or exchange. However, unopened items that are not
damaged will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be the
responsibility of the customer to pay all shipping and insurance
charges. Jersey Fire and Safety Products, LLC will accept full
responsibility for shipping charges on damaged items or items
shipped incorrectly (ie, size, color, etc.) Should you need to

instructions.
