Shipping and Returns
Jersey Fire and Safety Products, LLC strives to ensure that your
products arrive to you in a timely manner and in good shape.
Items purchased on JerseyFireSafety.com are shipped UPS Ground
delivery. Items may not be sent to a PO Box, all orders require
a physical street address. Smaller packages may be sent via
USPS. Most packages are sent using a tracking or delivery
confirmation method. Once your package is shipped you will
receive an Email containing tracking information. If you need
your package sooner than our standard delivery (usually 7-10
business days), you can choose UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day
Air. Next Day Saturday delivery is available for an additional
charge. Please specify in the "Comments" section of the checkout
page if you need this service. Please note that Express Shipping
durations do not include the pickup date. For example, if you
place an order for an in-stock item on Thursday by 3pm and
request 3 Day Shipping, you should expect your item to arrive by
close of business Tuesday the 3rd business day after you placed
the order. Items that are damaged or unopened may be returned
for a full refund or exchange. However, unopened items that are
not damaged will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be
the responsibility of the customer to pay all shipping and
insurance charges. Jersey Fire and Safety Products, LLC will
accept full responsibility for shipping charges on damaged items
or items shipped incorrectly (ie, size, color, etc.) Should you
need to return an item please contact our sales department at
sales@jerseyfiresafety.com for return address and shipping
instructions. |

| To access you account and to make
changes to your account you may use any of the login Boxes on
the right hand side of our pages, just under our main image.
Once you login you will be taken to your accounts page. Once
there you will be able to edit any of your account information
and view your Purchase History. At anytime you may visit your
Accounts page once loged in by clicking on the My Accounts Link
under the login box.
